U.S. Public Health Service conducted a research on different people to know the chances for heart disease. The research came to a conclusion that the disease can be identified before the symptoms appear by analyzing the high-risk factors. This is proved by the long-term study with the help of people in United States. Men have many more high risk factors when compared with females. Males above the age of 35 are most affected due to cigarette smoking, high level blood fats, high blood pressure or due to family heredity. Apart from these factors, researchers also found some other main factors. There are other risk factors like hard driving, anxious personality; these people are at high risk. The disease effects are categorized into two types. 1.Those that cannot be controlled by individuals like age, heredity and sex. 2. Those which can be controlled and this type are known as 'triple threat'. They are the smoking cigarette, high cholesterol in blood and high blood pressure group. Your risk rate doubles when you smoke a packet of cigarettes every day. The risk is more than five times when you smoke, have high blood pressure and don't have control of your diet which contains high fat levels. Want to have a healthy heart? If you wish to have a healthy heart the best way is to quit cigarettes and intake low fat foods. Regular exercise will provide you with a cardio interval training which helps good circulation of the blood. The heart is nothing but a muscle; to be specific it is a group of muscles. We do exercise in order to make our muscles stronger. The same theory applies to the heart. When you do exercise it improves and strengthens our muscles and the also heart as well. Another survey was also taken by the U.S. Public Health Service to know about the cardiovascular disease. This was conducted mainly to drivers and conductors. The result reveled that the drivers are more likely to have the disease rather than conductors, the reason being conductors walk and climb stairs which results in physical activity. Another survey was conducted to dogs which had damage to its heart. The result was that the dogs which were exercised had better blood flow than the dogs which were inactive. Exercises helps in better blood circulation. It helps the muscles and heart. Human heart functions the same as the dogs heart so exercises are essential to have a healthy heart. You can do simple exercises three times a week. By doing this simple exercise the risk would be minimized. The non exercisers have an additional 49% higher risk than the person who does regular exercise. Cardiovascular training and weight training like squatting not only helps our cardiovascular system but it totally helps the entire body. So if you need a healthy heart then better opt for cardio interval training.
