The Future is Bright: Keys to Successful Transition Information for Families: Learning Outcomes: This session will focus on helping students find Community Based Integrated Employment and the supports needed. Agencies and programs that support Community Based Integrated Employment such as Project SEARCH, Job Corps, CEO, Goodwill, Easter Seals, Pantheon Industries and WI FACETS will be invited to present to participants. This session will also feature resources to promote self-advocacy in the Post-Secondary Transition Plan (PTP) and an explanation of the PTP process. In addition changes to service delivery with Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) will be discussed with participants. Click the following link for more information and to register.
